Uninsured Patient Program at Susquehanna River Valley Dental Health Clinic (SRVDHC)
Many of our patients are able to qualify for Medical Assistance dental insurance, It is highly recommended that individuals interested in our Uninsured Program first apply or have applied in the last 12 months for Medical Assistance and bring in a denial letter from the County Assistance Office. We also accept proof of low income status if you are currently receiving benefits from County Assistance Office in the form of Food Stamps, Cash Assistance or Housing.
